For incurring the association's property liabilities: 1) up to a value of PLN 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand złoty), the following person is authorized to act independently: the President, a member of the management board, or an attorney-in-fact acting within the scope of the authorization; 2) above a value of PLN 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand złoty), two persons are authorized jointly: - the President together with a member of the management board, - the President together with an attorney-in-fact, - two members of the management board. 2. For determining the value of PLN 100,000 in the case of recurring property liabilities to be incurred for a period not exceeding one year, the value of the performances for the entire period of the liability shall be assumed. In the case of liabilities to be incurred for a period exceeding 1 year, the value of the performances for 12 months shall be assumed. 3. Declarations in matters arising from the employment relationship are made independently by the President, and in the event of his absence by two members of the management board acting jointly.
