Fundacja Jak Się Czujesz? works to support the mental health of young adults, assisting people in mental health crises and counteracting social exclusion. It conducts education and prevention activities as well as developmental and social projects that teach mental wellbeing and emotional awareness. The foundation cooperates with centers, organizations, experts and volunteers to promote social integration and recovery of balance.
